How does shopping by trade work?
Each trade page lists the label and sticker designs that trade orders most. The same label can appear under more than one trade.
Which trades are covered?
Air Con & Refrigeration, Builders & Construction, Electricians, Fire Safety Engineers, Food & Hospitality, Gas Engineers, Landlords & Letting Agents, Lifting & Inspection, Mechanics & Garages, Plumbers & Heating Engineers.
Can I mix labels from different trades in one order?
Yes. Delivery is charged once per order: £7.95 to the UK mainland, free when your goods reach £100 after discounts.
Can you set up my labels for me?
Yes. Our Artwork & Design Service offers typesetting, design from your brief, a logo redraw or a new logo, each at a fixed fee shown on the product page.
How long do trade labels take?
Saver production takes 7 to 10 working days depending on the product, and Express brings it down to 3 to 7 working days, counted from when your order and artwork are confirmed. The courier then usually needs 1 to 3 working days. Each product page shows its own days before you pay.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is £7.95 per order to a UK mainland address and free when your goods total £100 or more after any discount. Mainland Highlands postcodes add £10. Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight are priced on request.
What happens if my file is not good enough to print?
Every upload gets an automatic check for size and resolution. If a file is too low in quality it is stopped before payment and you can upload a better one, send the right file later, add File check (£4.99) so a person checks and fixes it, or use our artwork and design service.
